Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. [Optional: Orders placed by [cutoff time] ship the same business day.]

Shipping Coverage (U.S. Only)

We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses, and we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order ships:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment; Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment

We ship using UPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts and before tax), shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Orders that don't qualify ship at the standard rate shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at store@reveskin.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Temperature / Transit Notice

Our products are stable through standard shipping conditions. We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery to avoid prolonged heat or sun exposure.
